Greetings everyone,
I'm sure most of you have heard of Richard Raeker’s passing, He will be greatly missed.
I hope you all had a good trapping season. I had a good time trapping Beaver this spring with a few friends and we even managed to get a few. Everything is looking good for the summer convention in Barnum July30th-Aug 1st. Demos are pretty well lined up and looks like there is a great list again this year. We have some first timers so make sure and support them. These guys are great volunteers and I thank every one of them for sharing their time and ideas because it sure makes my job a lot easier.
I understand we have a group of fireman putting on a breakfast Friday and Saturday at the convention. Hopefully you can stop in for breakfast, and support them by helping them raise some funds
I made it to most of the spring meetings this year and it was good to meet a bunch of new people.
Hopefully raffle ticket sales are going good and if you can't sell any at least try and buy the 10 that were sent to you. Every little bit helps.

To those members who have bought or sold incentive raffle tickets please be sure to attend the convention or make arrangements to have your incentive prize(s) picked up. Remember, effective this year the MTA has decided due to the high cost of postage in mailing out incentive gifts that said gifts must be picked up at the convention or arrangements must be made to have another person pick them up for you.
Make sure and check when your districts are scheduled to work at the convention and try and help as much as possible.
