Venison Meat Loaf

1 ½ lbs. ground venison
3 slices bread, torn up
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 .T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Dash garlic salt
½ c barbeque sauce

Mix all ingredients except BBQ sauce. Shape and put in loaf pan. Pour BBQ sauce over meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Erin Caver, MN
