Figure approximately 1 grouse breast per person. Boil grouse breasts and a small amount of sliced onion 45 minutes to an hour in water until fork tender. Cool and cut against the grain into bite size pieces. Dip each piece in flour, then beaten egg, and then roll in soda cracker crumbs. Brown in oil.
